File Clerk at Minneapolis

Job Description

Are you seeking a casual work environment? Randstad is currently hiring File Clerks for a well-known financial services company. Job duties will vary day to day including: organizing and scanning documents in addition to pulling, shifting, sorting, and shelving files. This position requires you to work on your feet 100% of your day and you must be capable of lifting up to 35 pounds. The environment is casual but does require great attention to detail, strong focus, and efficiency to meet daily quotas; this is a highly production driven environment. This position offers tons of opportunity for advancement for motivated individuals!

Working hours: First and Second Shift

Requirements include:
- Standing up to 8 hours including bending, squatting, reaching, and pushing heavy carts
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds
- At least 2 years work experience
- Proven ability to work in an environment that involves physical work/ being on your feet
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to be flexible and shift to different tasks as needed
- Impeccable Attendance!
- College degree highly desired but not required
- Candidates must have motivation to meet and exceed goals on a daily basis

Hours: 1st Shift 8:00am - 4:30pm (can vary by 1 hour)
2nd Shift 4:00pm - 12:30am

Location: Minneapolis (55414)
Pay: $10.50/ hour
