Range Inc is seeking a Human Resources Director to guide and manage the overall
provision of HR services,
policies, and programs for Range, Inc. Responsibilities include the health and safety of the workforce; recruitment & development of a superior workforce, continuous
improvement and employee retention.
 
Responsibilities:
€Develop organizational strategies & objectives in line with company objectives.
€Manage recruitment
strategies
€Enhance performance review & discipline systems
€Process benefits, training & safety compliance

 
Job Qualifications:
€4 year degree in
organizational development or related field
€3 years experience in human resources leadership and
development
€SAS70 or SOC(1or2)
certification experience
preferred
