International Tax - Supervisor Job at Minneapolis

This is a great opportunity for an International Tax Supervisor to join our expanding International Tax Group in our Minneapolis, Minnesota Office. In your role you will be responsible for and gain experience with the following:

- U.S. outbound and inbound international tax consulting and structuring
- U.S. international tax compliance (preparation, review and analysis of issues related to U.S. tax information, reporting, IRS forms and disclosure statements
- U.S. Foreign Tax Credit compliance and planning
- Preparation and review of U.S. earnings and profits analysis
- Foreign tax compliance coordination
- U.S. and Foreign tax provision review or preparation

Job Requirements

- Bachelor degree in accounting
- CPA preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in US federal corporate taxation or international tax work in a CPA firm
- Excellent oral, tax research and written communication skills required
- Strong Microsoft Excel , PowerPoint and Word skills required
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills; ability to prioritize multiple assignments
- Strong attention to detail and ability to edit written work product
- Must be able to work additional hours as needed and travel to various client sites

Preferred Skills

- Experience with ASC 740 accounting for income taxes
- Basic experience with US international tax issues
