Job Description

This FT Inventory/Warehouse Specialist position will spend half of the time maintaining accurate documentation within our WMS (Warehouse Management System) for all materials, inventory transactions intercompany transfers and, material handling. The individual in this role may also preform warehouse picking on high volume days and other warehouse duties as assigned by Manager. The other half of the time will be ordering inventory for warehouse and Direct to the Trade, keying in BOL (Bill of Lading), cycle counting, month end reporting, freshness report, and troubleshoot all inventory discrepancies.

Job Requirements

Successful candidates will have:

• 2 year associates degree in related field or 2 years in warehouse operations
• Background in material handling, purchasing and stock control
• Forklift certified, or ability to become certified
• Knowledge of basic mathematics and quantities
• Knowledge of computerized inventory and tracking systems
