Production Supervisor Processing at Minneapolis

Job Description

Our client is currently recruiting a Production Supervisor Processing to provide leadership and energy to its Production team. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a corporate culture that is known for having an innovative and growth oriented vision. Responsibilities include:

1) Organize the efficient processing of dairy products from raw materials through to the finished product ready for dispatch
2) Supervise activities of workers engaged in producing
3) Maintain safe and clean working environment for all employees
4) Ensure that only the highest quality products are produced
5) Conduct regularly scheduled team meetings
6) Monitor annual production budget
7) Control and motivate personnel to operate within defined safety and quality standards
8) Monitor and control all efficiencies associated with production
9) Assist with the introduction of new products into the facility
10) Participate as a member of a cross-functional team to resolve product, production or regulatory issues

Job Requirements

1) University degree is required (preference will be given to those with degree in relevant field, though all candidates are welcome and encouraged to apply)
2) Appropriate full-time work experience is mandatory (no students or fresh graduates please)
3) Recent experience in the dairy industry is strongly preferred
4) Preference will be given to people have recent experience in production supervision
