Job Description

Receives and checks in incoming freight. Assists in maintaining clean and orderly working environment both in store and in delivery vehicles. Fills in for absent team members. Enures all timelines are met and order accuracy is at or above standards. Pulls customer invoices and associated parts for delivery to customers. Routes delivery drivers to maximize route efficiencies and provide a high level of customer service. Cleans and maintains store and parts storage area in safe and orderly condition. Cleans and maintains store and parts storage area in safe and orderly condition. Coordinates special pickups or deliveries Ensures delivery vehicles receive routine maintenance checks, and are kept clean and washed. Observes company work and safety rules. Checks in daily freight and notes shipping discrepancies. Processes daily new, core and warranty returns received from delivery drivers. Serves as a back up for any absent teammates, including the supervisor.
