Job Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience loading and analyzing large, complex data sets
  • 3+ years of healthcare industry experience
  • Ability to perform daily, weekly, and monthly planning of complex, interdependent load processes, and to manage execution to those plans
  • Ability to decompose, plan, document, and execute complex, multi-step, unscripted data loading and extraction processes
  • Ability to reliably confirm results of ad hoc processes via data analysis utilizing SQL queries
  • Ability to multi-task and execute successfully on multiple simultaneous high-priority tasks.
  • Highly structured approach to troubleshooting and problem solving
  • Excellent prioritization skills
  • Strong judgment regarding status reporting and issue escalation
  • Strong data collection, analysis and interpretation skills
  • Strong SQL querying skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to work independently and within a team structure
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Prior experience with X12 EDI healthcare transactions and/or Medicare Advantage risk adjustment preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Planning and scheduling of day-to-day data operations tasks
  • Execution of complex, unscripted, multi-step dataload and extraction processes
  • Unscripted troubleshooting of operational issues
  • Improve processes over time
Requirements: Expertise Data Operations Education Bachelors (or equivalent work experience)
