Job Description

Responsibilities include:Manage and deliver small to large digital marketing projects on budget, time, and schedule Work with account managers and technical teams to understand project milestones and timelines in order to manage resources for various projects simultaneously through each project lifecycle.Facilitate the definition of customer requirements. Interact regularly with existing or potential clients to determine their needs and to develop plans for improving delivery. Maintain knowledge of various data sources serving as the database expert and primary liaison for assigned clients Serve as technical expert for clients in initial setup and on-going use of FICO services. Provide guidance by ensuring there are no gaps or inconsistencies in the initial setup.Understand integration of the technical tools used in client solutions. Provide technical guidance for enhancement requests and assists with developing custom presentations and demonstrations.Technical problem and client data research and issue resolution.Ability to create detailed documentation.Demonstrated success working in a team-based environmentParticipate in on-call rotation.Ability to travel on a minimal basis.

Job Requirements

4+ years of Information Technology work experience preferably in a development or analyst role.Program management experience, from requirements gathering through implementation and able to manage multiple projects effectively.Adept knowledge of web-based solutions.Experience with ETL tools and a strong understanding of the SQL language.Experience with store databases columnar, such as Vertica, or relational type databases, such as Oracle.Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications, Campaign Management applications, and/or Database Marketing are a plus.Strong communication and client interaction skills. ~cb~
