Manager, Program Implementation at Minneapolis

Job Description

Manage the implementation of loyalty program enhancements and changes.

• Work with Director of Training & Program Development to identify possible program enhancements.
• Execute program changes and associated launch campaigns on time, on budget and in concert with Club Carlson branding standards, collaborating closely with loyalty theater partners and outside vendors.
• Work with brand and loyalty leaders to develop marketing plans for program changes, monitor results and update tactics to ensure that overall marketing goals and objectives are met.
• Interface with Legal and Operations to orchestrate contracts and execution.
• Track and communicate competitive loyalty program changes and enhancements and make recommendations accordingly

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 6-10 years experience with loyalty/marketing program execution.
• Expertise in orchestrating cross-functional teams to execute programs.
• Bachelors degree in marketing or related.
• Experience in global marketing programs preferred.
• Loyalty marketing and/or hotel industry experience preferred.
• Demonstrated project management experience, including successful adherence to timeline and budget for delivery of both large and small scale projects.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong prioritization skills, with ability to direct multiple projects simultaneously, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion and quality work products.
• Strong writing and presentation skills, and the ability to effectively motivate and influence others.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to establish mutually productive and positive relationships with internal and external groups (analytic support group, I.T., creative agencies, etc.).

• Sitting for extended period of time
• Occasional long periods of standing
• No heavy lifting expected, exertion of up to 25 pounds of force occasionally may be required
• Good manual dexterity for the use of common office equipment
