Job DescriptionAs part of the Integrated Technology Operations, Voice Management and Support (VMS) team, the Systems Support Analyst 3 (SSA43) primary role will be the support and maintenance of Wells Fargo corporate telephony and communications infrastructure for multiple high availability environments including Avaya 8xxx/TDM, Cisco VoIP systems (CUCM version 6 or 7 and higher) and associated peripherals. Candidate may possess VoIP experience but TDM skills (Avaya primarily) is the key component we are seeking to fill. Working as part of the VMS team, candidate will assume Tier 2-3 responsibility for problem diagnosis, troubleshooting, repair and resolution of issues impacting systems and impaired user functionality.This position can be located in Tempe AZ, Charlotte NC or Minneapolis MN.Back-End Days Three 12 hour shifts plus one 4 hour shift.Saturday (12 hours once every 3 weeks). Tues-Fri: 12 hours and/or 4 hour shifts. 6am-6pm or 8am-8pmJob Requirements
* Basic Qualifications:3+ years systems support analysis experience.
