Job Classification: Contract Aerotek Professional Services is seeking a number of Loan Servicing Specialist to begin working at a large, well-known company in Eagan, MN. This is a great opportunity to be a part of a new team and process, and in a brand new building.1st Shift 7am - 3:30pm(also 2nd shift openings 3:30pm-12:00am)REQUIREMENTS- Bachelors Degree OR previous mortgage document recognition experience- 1+ years of Microsoft Office Experience (Will be navigating & looking with 5 different computer systems. Word & Excel experience are required)- 40 WPM minimum and 8,000 10 key/alpha numeric- Must have a minimum of 6 months of professional experience- Must have great attention to detail- Must like a repetitive job that involves research JOB DESCRIPTION- Will be spending 100% of the day compiling mortgage documents and putting them in a file- Will be searching 5 for documents and notes- Will be working between the customer service team and the resolution group, which handles customer escalations.
