Classification: Accountant - Staff

Compensation: $58,500.00 to $70,000.00 per year

We are searching for a sharp person to join a fast growth technology business with passion for driving organizational change, process improvements, and training and mentoring team members. You will play a key role as the Services Operations Manager. Duties include working with and improving process throughout the system, and organization for an assigned client base. You will be responsible for designing, presenting and training new process. Position Requirements:5+ years experience in client services or operational teamsExperience building client service or operational teamsExcellent communication, leadership, and team building skillsExperience identifying and managing system improvement projectsProven experience defining training and process standards to create high performance teamsPersonal savvy managing strategic and executive relationships with partners and clients while displaying personal and company integrity.
