Large, established and reputable consulting firm in Minneapolis is looking for a Senior SharePoint Architect to join their rapidly expanding team. The ideal candidate will come from a consulting background in the Microsoft Partner Channel as a SharePoint Solutions Architect, and will be an expert at client facing roles as well as business development.

Required Skills and Responsibilities:
*5+ years of experience documenting technical approach via Visio diagrams and Design artifacts
*7+ years of experience customizing Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007/SharePoint Server 2010; including using the SharePoint object model, SharePoint Designer, Workflows
*8+ years of experience developing custom solutions using the Microsoft development platform with an emphasis on C#, ASP.NET, XML, Web Service
*5+ years of experience technical lead developing business solutions
*Experience with waterfall and agile implementation methodologies
*Excellent Project Management/Business Analysis experience
*Excellent written and verbal communication
*Experience in working in the partner channel is highly prized
*Drive new business with new and existing clientele
*Ideally will have experience building out a team of consultants
*Travel will be required, and when not traveling can be 100% remote
