As a HR Business Systems Analyst you will be responsible for identifying, designing and leading major business process re-engineering projects, and supporting information systems initiatives worldwide for specific business unit(s). You will be the technical lead in the integration of SuccessFactors and SAP.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead planning, design and implementation of business process changes within assigned areas of responsibility. Define project objectives, scope, and ownership and resource requirements.
- Develop and maintain thorough understanding of existing business processes. Develop and maintain thorough understanding of the computer application functionality required to make those business processes effective.
- Lead periodic review and assessment of current business processes versus the required functionality, and initiate proposals to modify or replace processes as necessary.
- Develop and maintain the business case supporting business process re-engineering initiatives, including cost/benefit, quality, cycle time, ROI and other metrics as appropriate. Develop methods and tools to support this effort.
- Develop requirements for the technical architecture supporting the business systems initiatives, and insure that these requirements are included in the corporate IS technical planning process.
- Organize effective task and steering teams to address complex and cross-functional project requirements, issues and objectives. Develop project monitoring and reporting systems and processes.
- Develop RFQ/RFPs for third party application systems, design and/or development products and services. Evaluate proposals and rate capabilities versus internal process requirements. Support corporate Purchasing in the procurement process, as needed.
Job Requirements
Basic Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Business, IT or related Technical or 8 + years of experience in integrated Human Capital Management environment.
- 5+ years of experience with SAP HR and/or Payroll.
- 2+ years of experience working with SAP HR/Payroll schemas
Preferred Requirements:
- Strong planning skills, interpersonal skills, project management experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to translate business function requirements into technical specifications.
- Experience with system and process modeling and design tools preferred.
- Proven ability to achieve success without direct organizational authority functional line.
