Location: Bloomington, MN

Duration:  09/01/2013 ? 02/01/2014 (+possibility of extension)

Job Title:  Business Analyst (3 openings)

 

Job Description:

• We are looking for someone to help us with eligibility projects for new client implementations for Jan 1.
• The person would be involved with meeting with clients, explaining our proprietary eligibility layout if applicable, gathering/documenting requirements regarding how the client will manage their data, submitting forms/paperwork, testing files, and putting the client files into production.
• Also, an analytical mindset is important as there are times where client errors, file issues, etc. need to be analyzed to determine root cause and identify steps to correct.

• The analyst will be managing multiple projects at a time, so multi-tasking is very important.
• Also, attention to detail is key as there are many steps to go through in the implementation process.
• The analyst needs to work well with clients and be clear and concise on phone calls. It is helpful if they know mainframe (TSO) so they can easily navigate around the system, review files, setup, etc.
