Classification: Accountant - Senior

Compensation: $50,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year

Accountemps is seeking a Senior Staff Accountant to join the Salaried Professional Service on a full-time basis to assist our clients with a variety of longer term engagements or project based work. Senior Staff Accountant will support finance and upper management. Senior Staff Accountant should have working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Access and ERP systems including Hyperion Enterprise, Hyperion HFM, Oracle, SAP, and PeopleSoft. Duties for Senior Staff Accountant position include heavy bank and account reconciliation work, month end and year end financial statement preparation, experience with IFRS reporting, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and other special projects required by CFO. Job Requirements

BS in Accounting, 5+ years of Accounting experience in a Senior Accountant capacity within a mid-to-large size company. Candidates must have exposure to at least two different industries and 2 accounting software packages. Experience with a major ERP system required (SAP, Oracle, Peoplesoft, etc.). Candidates should have intermediary proficiency in Microsoft Excel or above.
