Job Description

Genesis10 is seeking a Change Manager for a 4 month contract position with a leading multi-channel global retailer and developer of technology products and services in Richfield, MN.

Summary:

This team is charged with following methodologies, document changes, defining and mapping interfaces, involved in processes and testing of solutions for clients second phase of the PPM implementation. Phase Two of the PPM Implementation of the Project Server 2013 will extend the existing Platform Capabilities and further our internal capabilities:

• SDLC Document Repository addressing the SOX findings related to SDLC usage compliance.
• Portfolio, and Dashboard Reporting. One repository for project information & reporting.
• Plan / Size for capacity for additional users, SDLC Repository, and additional functionality.
• User Data Onboard/Offboard Interfaces. Enhancements to Monthly finance process/Interfaces.
• Extend Time Collection and approval to Tier 1 & Remaining Tier 2 / SOW
• Address Browser compatibility experience by dot com and other mac users, and non-IE users.
• End User Workflow tool, allowing PPM administrator to define lifecycle and document workflow without coding. Achieved through PPM Version Upgrade. Additional Reporting and Priority Backlog items.

Responsibilities:

• Design, document, test plans.
• Responsible for:
  • Change deliverables
  • Follow the SDLC change process & deliverables
  • Prepare Training and Communications, working with trainer on the team (employee)
  • Assist team in successful sign off on requirements.

Job Requirements

• Prosci/ADKAR experience essential
• 5+ years of Change Management/Training experience necessary
• MS Project Server on SharePoint
• Dynamic personality
• Does what it takes to help make the project and team successful
• Positive outlook
• Industry isnt as important as having worked with project teams previously
