PROGRAMS

RANGE INC. is seeking a
Director Real Estate Programs to develop and grow the real estate market relationships on a National basis.
Responsible to provide a high level of sales/customer
service and introduce new product offerings.
 
Responsibilities Include:
·       Contract negotiation
and management with
corporate brands
·       Product and Service
development working with IT, Marketing and Creative teams
·       Industry expert by
attending RE events
 
Job Qualifications:
·       High level sales and service experience in Real- Estate
·       Excellent written and oral communication skills
·       Excellent problem solving, analytical, organizational and planning
·       Proficiency in Microsoft
Office software suite
·       Bachelor’s degree or some secondary education
preferred
·       Ability to travel to see
clients, including overnight travel
