Job Description:
This positions is to work closely with product, marketing and sales to help drive revenue through a formalized demand generation model using best-in-class B2B marketing automation, lead generation and sales enablement practices. This includes assisting and collaborating with key leaders on the engineering of data, systems and process supporting a revenue model for all Deluxe Financial Services product lines. This includes the data analysis and formalization of standard definitions between Marketo and Salesforce.com; the analysis and implementation of Salesforce.com system objects and definitions that provide direct impact on demand generation activities; the analysis and implementation of process workflow supporting demand generation activity.

Accountabilities
- Leads marketing and product personnel with managing information, lead generation activity and campaign activity within Marketo and Salesforce.com.
- Accountable for quarterly data uploads and reconciliation efforts with the Dashboard. Includes all data development efforts including Thomson Highline call data supporting the Peer Comparison report in the Dashboard.
- Lead data governance for all Salesforce.com changes. Includes presenting proposals, emending per committee consensus, and implementing approved changes to meet data integrity standards while meeting business objectives and timelines.
- Documents all revenue model changes to data, system and process within Salesforce.com, maintaining the team knowledge base and updating team members with changes.
- Collaborate on CRM strategy development with lead on MSP system integration and administration
- Develops understanding and entry level competency on data manage platform techniques and best practices
- Troubleshoot system configuration issues
- Assist in administering Marketo and overseeing usage.

Required:

- Bachelors degree or equivalent in Business or Marketing
- 3-5 years experience in Business
- Understanding of fundamental concepts, practices and procedures business systems analyst requirements
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Access and other data extraction tools. SalesForce.com Certification required
- Excellent communication and organizational Skills
- Aptitude to develop, document and train onthers on new processes
- Ability to multi task in a fast-pace environment and excellent attention to details
- Sets and integrates best practices across staff and peers
- Marketo experience
