Description:
Production and creation of pre-enrollment materials.
Translate business objectives into requirements and functional specifications, supporting document creation and automation efforts.
Serves as a liaison between internal business partners and other 3rd parties.
Partner with IT/Vendor resources to review specifications and coordinate approvals
Provide subject matter expertise, working to define business processes and effective solutions.
Document business processes, work-flows and requirements as they relate to the problems being solved by the initiative.
Analyze data extracts and complete data mapping for materials.
Manage issue resolution throughout the material production cycle.
Manage portfolio of projects end to end, ensuring all deliverables are met.
Critical resource for integration of additional materials into our processes including individual PDP, XLHealth, Medica, and Preferred Care.Preferred location is Minnetonka, MN, but will consider a possible Telecommuter
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Health Administration or HS Diploma/GED with equivalent work experience.
IntermediateExcel skillset
2+ years of experience with quality review of documents/materials.
2+ years of experience with documenting processes and practices, often in accepted project methodology artifacts, while effectively prioritizing multiple tasks, priorities, projects, and deadlines.
Skilled at problem solving, follow-through and resolution.
Ability to effectively create and present quality data and findings
Expertise in using PC based tools; knowledge of document automation applications is desired
Ability to analyze data and related system specifications and create test data and cases to verify accuracy of system output, preferred
Ability to assess longer-term technology opportunities including ability to streamline data, identify workarounds for technical limitations, and develop technical roadmaps as needed.
Excellent communication, time/project management, problem solving, organizational, and analytical skills required.
Responsibilities:Support project execution through maintaining project plans, tracking task completion reports, updating project status, escalating issues.
Prepare and create business requirements as needed
Prepare test plans and conduct UAT as needed with Automation vendors
Establishes and maintains quality production reporting and statistics; effectively gathers and analyzes data and presents results and trends
Monitors project dates and meet individual deliverables as well as support other team members to ensure quality/accuracy goals and QA production schedules are met
Escalates issues to management for support and/or guidance
Collaborates on problem resolution, quality strategies and production processes
Competencies:Experience with technology implementation and management, preferred
Experience in translating business requirements to systems functional specifications

Extensive oral and written communication skills
Individual contributor who can manage both personal work
Ability to Influence and drive team initiatives
Technology vendor management experience a plus
