The restaurant Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting in the overall management of the restaurant daily operations.
- Maximize guest loyalty by promoting hospitality
- Maintaining a professional, safe and fun work environment for all employees
- Assist in running a cost-effective and quality operation
- Help promote, support and encourage local marketing and catering to increase restaurant sales
- At least 1 year restaurant management experience
- ServSafe Certification required
- Maintain restaurant cleanliness in accordance with company quality standards Analyze, manage and control sales, profit and loss according to company standards and objectives
- Consistently developing new business and growing the operation
- Ensure compliance with employment law, safety regulations and all company policies and procedures during all shifts
- Enjoy a sense of ownership; take pride in your restaurant!
