Web Applications Developer

Location: Eagan, MN 55123
Interview: In Person
Hours: 8-5 M-F

Requirements:
oBachelors Degree with 2+ years of design, development and implementation of elearning; Knows and can apply the fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of instructional design and adult learning.
oExperience designing and developing online elearning content using Articulate Storyline.
oStrong Business Acumen required.
oExperience with rapid instructional design and delivery required.
oExperience designing multi-media elearning using audio, video, simulations.
oTeam player with excellent interpersonal skills.
oMust be self motivated and self directed; must be comfortable with prioritizing, establishing objectives and processes, and working to achieve them; must be a self learner.
oMust be able to establish and maintain effective, collaborative working relationships with all departments and organizational levels.
oCan learn and navigate quickly when faced with new, unfamiliar or ambiguous situations; can quickly grasp the underlying issue.
oStrong computer, web navigation and technical skills.
