Do you have excellent customer service skills? Do you want to work for a local long standing company to grow and utilize your skill?One of Winonas top manufacturers is seeking a skilled Teleservice Representative to provide quality service to internal and external customers in a friendly and efficient manner. Basic duties involve handling phone calls, handling mailed and emailed orders and requests as well as processing membership applications. Representative will be required to be open for the phones at all times during their shift and will be responsible for providing feedback to the Department Supervisor concerning field related issues.The successful applicant will possess good oral and written communication skills, familiarity with personal computers, strong organizational skills and the ability to handle difficult customer service issues quickly, efficiently and professionally. Candidate should have knowledge of business related machines - calculator, computer, copy machine, fax machines, etc... - And MS Office programs along with the Internet.Qualified candidate will be responsible for performing the following essential functions of the position: * Processing all incoming orders and or customer service requests by phone, fax or mail for customers. *Process new customer service requests and applications. Process leads for all customers who request catalog or information. Complete adjustments for overages, shortages, damaged/defective merchandise, incorrect pricing, sales tax, etc. Trace late, lost or damaged shipments and follow up by filing claims when appropriate.Position hours are Monday through Friday 9am - 6pm.
