Multiband is seeking a reliable, professional individual to be a Field Manager in the Central Region. The Field Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations activity of service and installation work within his/her assigned region. Ensuring that the assigned work is completed to the standards, goals and metrics set forth by Multiband and our customers.Duties:Manages and reports operational activities to maximize their efficiency, productivity, quality and safety.Ensures achievement of operational performance metrics and goals.Initiate and maintain relationships with quality subcontracting partners across the assigned region.Communicates performance and activities to Site Operations Managers, Site Market Managers, Contractor Principals and/or other designated personnel.Manages the activities of the assigned supervisor(s) and/or technicians(s); including daily activities, goals, and staff meetings.Accountable for appropriate equipment usage and proper consumption.Interpret and share operational reports to help set actionable goals.Will interact with customers on an as needed basis.Provides technical support to employee/contractor technicians.Interface with customer representatives on an as needed basis.Oversees the staff size, recruitment and training of Production Technicians possessing the appropriate skills.Regularly interfaces with the Director to communicate performance, needs and departmental updates.Develop Associates through effective communication and leadership skills.Ensure 100% customer satisfaction.Some travel may be required.Other duties as assigned.Essential Skills:Proven leadership ability, excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, management ability and industry knowledge.Profit focused, results-oriented and an effective motivator.Customer service experience.DOL, State and OSHA compliance knowledge.If this sounds like the opportunity for you, click the apply button and send us your information.
