Classification: Desktop SupportCompensation: $45,000.00 to $55,000.00 per year
Top notch local school is seeking a technically savvy Support Service Technician with Mac and Windows experience to support their environment and staff. The ideal candidate will be adept with installing, diagnosing and repairing computer hardware, software and peripheral equipment; analyzing and solving problems with assigned systems and associated components; troubleshooting software problems; researching and advising on technology related purchases; communicating with the instructional support staff and consultants on technical issues and solutions. The position reports to the Supports Services Technical Lead. Key Requirements:Minimum of three years of experience with Apple (OS X and iOS) and Windows (XP and 7) operating systemsExcellent troubleshooting skills with basic network, software, printing problemsExceptional customer service orientation
