Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)you will be responsible for performing duties such as feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, or moving patients, or changing linens. You may also be responsible for transferring or transporting patients.
Additional responsibilities of a CNA position include:
Answering patient call signals, signal lights, bells, or intercom systems to determine patients needs.
Applying clean dressings, slings, stockings, or support bandages, under direction of a nurse or physician.
Assisting nurses or physicians in the operation of medical equipment or provision of patient care.
Changing bed linens or making beds.
Cleaning and sanitizing patient rooms, bathrooms, examination rooms, or other patient areas.

Certified Nursing Assitant (CNA)
To qualify for the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), you must have effective communication skills and be able to work with individuals of all ages.
Additional requirements of the CNA position include:
Current active and valid licensure or certification.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to organize and prioritize with good interpersonal skills.
Basic Computer Skills.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Responsibilities include assisting long term care residents with grooming, dressing, eating, bathing, walking, and other activities of daily living.
The base starting wage with benefit options is $9.52/hr to $10.23/hr depending upon experience, plus a .25 cent shift differential for the evening shift. The evening shift hours are 2:00pm to 10:30pm, every other weekend, and every other holiday.
There is a $1000 sign-on bonus currently being offered to hired individuals who meet the following minimum requirements: 1) Must be hired into a regular status position, and remain in a regular status for 6 months. 2) Must be hired into a 56 hour per pay period or greater position, and remain in a 56 hour per pay period or greater position for 6 months.
To be considered eligible to work as a Nursing Assistant applicants must be currently registered on the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry and applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
