Genesis10 is seeking a Project Coordinator for a 4 month contract position with a leading multi-channel global retailer and developer of technology products and services in Richfield, MN.Summary:
This position will be part of the digital operations system and process team. Owns end to end set up of digital content, for sales and promotions and onboarding of new vendors. Currently 10-12 workers in department. This is a fast paced, team oriented, cross functional group. Must be able to quickly react and adapt to constant change and challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Coordination of timeline project for new vendor onboarding and promotions leading up to holiday. This group is in charge of both in-store and online vendors (ie: Microsoft for their products).
- Assist in driving physical sales
- This person will be charged with verification of vendors, set ups and acts as the main point of contact.
- Assists in verification of timelines on track.
- Project tracking, timeline tracking, follow up with cross functional partners, status updates, deliverables and notes from meetings
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator is preferred
- Strong adaptability
- Quick thinker
- Willing to learn new systems, ways of doing projects
- Good process, organizational skills
- MS Office Suite and MS Visio
- Dot.com and business team background preferred
- Solution focused
- Adapts quickly
- Ability to influence, build relationships
