Job Description

Job Title: Customer Care Representative

 

Location: Plymouth

 

Hours: 1st Shift

 

Pay: $32,000- 35,000/yr

 

 

 

Job Description:

 

Answer inbound calls handling customer inquiries.  Taking ownership of each call by resolving issues in one call and taking the initiative to make outbound calls to clarify orders. Other projects as they are assigned.

 

 

 

-  Handle inbound customer inquiries (70%)

 

-  Make outbound customer contact for order clarification (15%)

 

-  Process stock orders (15%)

 

-  Special projects as assigned

 

 

 

Qualifications:

 

-  Superior telephone etiquette and communication skills

 

-  Professional demeanor

 

-  Customer focused

 

-  Able to multi-task

 

-  PC Experience: specifically Windows

 

-  High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred

 

-  1-2 years customer service in call center environment preferred
