FACILITIES MAINTENANCE at Saint Paul

Job Description

A growing local restaurant company is seeking a person for general maintenance and light repair of all facilities.

Overall Responsibilities:

A working knowledge of the following areas:

Electrical

Plumbing

HVAC

Refrigeration

General maintenance of all equipment in the restaurants

Regular cleaning of all equipment in the restaurants

Working directly with management in each restaurant to coordinate maintenance

Making quality decisions to ensure all facilities are in proper working and cleanliness condition

Troubleshooting repairs

Communicating with and dispatching service vendors to attend to large repairs needed

Coordinating service calls

Collaborate with operations on all service contracts and vendor invoices

Job Requirements

Requirements:

Experience working with the facilities aspect of restaurant operations

Ability to self-direct

Good communication skills oral, written and email

Ability to manage time effectively

Making quality decisions to ensure

Available to work a variety of hours including some nights and weekends

Prefer Class A drivers license

Prefer some schooling in one or more of these 4 disciplines: Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Refrigeration
