What will you do as an Adecco Recruiter? Manage a desk of recruiting for Office, Industrial and Clerical professionals.Recruit top talent in the marketplace through sourcing and networking. Maintain relationships by scheduling candidate interviews.Responsible for making hiring decisions for contract, contract for hire and direct hire positions.Experience: What would prepare you for success on our team?Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience. Prefer 2+ years experience in recruiting. Excellent customer service, sales, and relationship building skills. The ability to search out, screen, network, interview, and recommend prospective candidates for employment. The ability to build relationships with clients. A strong work ethic motivated by compensation and results. The ability to stay organized and prioritize multiple tasks without compromising quality or service. The ability to communicate effectively and efficiently through verbal and written correspondence. The ability to work independently as well as on a team with a positive attitude and team player mentality.
