Job Description
The CWT Hotel Solutions department delivers consulting solutions to strategic corporate companies to assist them in optimizing their hotel spend. As a member of the NORAM Hotel Solutions Group, the Senior Consultant will deliver expertise and valuable insights by helping clients to identify, analyze, and optimize their hotel spend. He/she is involved in every phase of a consulting engagement, from pre-proposal research through to final implementation. The Senior Consultant is responsible for managing strategic client projects as assigned by his/her manager, as well as maintaining a strong commercial focus.
This position serves five primary roles within CWT Solutions Group:
- Manage large projects independently and / or assist on consulting projects as assigned by the project manager
- Review and assist in deliverable preparation.
- Assist on multiple projects across portfolio of hotel sourcing and optimization engagements.
- Problem solving
- Assist in the business unit development for the region (prospecting, sales prep, selling, education, development of new products, etc.)

- Bachelors degree in Business, Economics, Finance or related field of study
