SetPoint Consultants is a national recruitment firm that specializes in the Title, Legal, Mortgage, Real Estate, Banking and Customer Service industries.With over 40 years of combined industry knowledge we are the leader in this industry. We have a growing firm in Minneapolis/Minnetonka that is currently looking for experienced Title Curative candidate and a Loan Closing Coordinator for an immediate start. Candidates with 3 plus years of title or mortgage experience are encouraged to apply. Salary is commensurate with experience.

JOB DESCRIPTION: 

Title Curative Associate

 

• Performs clerical duties to assist in gathering information for clearing title
• Performs basic clerical functions to set up new files
• Assists in reviewing and clearing discrepancies on title
• Make and receive phone calls about title issues
• Must be able to multi-task and work many files simultaneously

Mortgage Loan Closing Coordinator:

• Candidates must have 1-2 years of experience working with a title insurance company, mortgage company, real estate law firm or other real estate services company.
• Closing experience is highly preferred but we will consider candidates with other title/mortgage skill sets.

Job Requirements

A minimum of 3 years experience in the mortgage or title industry is preferred
Good typing skills are required.
MS Office & Internet Skills a must. 
Solid job tenure and good references.
Must be able to deliver top notch customer service and work well under pressure.
Ability to pass thorough background check
