Position Description:Positions in this function conduct and manage outcomes of various studies that include analyzing, reviewing, forecasting, trending, and presenting information for operational and business planning. They support short and long term operational/strategic business activities - by developing, enhancing and maintaining operational information and models. They also develop and implement effective/strategic business solutions through research and analysis of data and business processes. Primary Responsibilities:Responsible for work volume forecasting/monitoring and adjusting for workload forecasts Determining and communicating intra-day workload to determine staff schedules and resource plans. Will design and produce reports which assist management in monitoring contact center performance, service attainment and productivity. Will create analysis used to determine intra-day forecast algorithm change and identify changes in ongoing business requirements. Moderate work experience within own function. Some work is completed without established procedures. Basic tasks are completed without review by others. Supervision/guidance is required for higher level tasks.Job Requirements
Requirements:Minimum education required:HS Diploma 1+ year Workforce Management Tools experience such as IEX, CMS, ect. Advanced proficiency in MS Excel 1+ year previous Call Center Workforce Management experienceAssets:Associates degree or higher is preferred Basic or higher level of proficiency in MS Access is preferred Must have effective oral and written communication skills in order to communicate with people at all levels of the organization Call center supervisory / management experience is strongly preferred Must have proven mathematical acumen in order to solve complex analysis problems Experience with a healthcare organization is preferredOptumInsightis part of the family of companies that make UnitedHealth Group one of the leaders across most major segments of the US health care system.OptumInsight is one of the largest and fastest growing health information companies.
