- Supervise, evaluate & develop professional and paraprofessional employees
- Follow accepted standards of clinical practice
- Use clinical decision making to provide oversight & guidance to the healthcare team
- Contribute to business growth
Job Requirements
- Current MN RN license
- At least two years of Home Care experience with at least one year supervisory experience preferred
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Ability to demonstrate basic understanding of computers
- Organized & able to prioritize multiple funcitions & tasks
- Valid driver’s license & proof of auto insurance
