This position will play a key role in supporting physical health solutions to the United channels and any potential public sector buyer - producing creative product solutions and appropriate pricing. This position will also lead internal teams and projects to support all product level issues/enhancements, ensuring key accountabilities within functional areas are assigned and delivered in support of new and existing products and services. Responsibilities include: Partners with all levels of the organization to support physical health products/services for new and existing commercial and public sector client base. Serves as a key interface with OptumHealth sales and growth teams for customer opportunities. Key contact to United channels in supporting the rollout of Physical Health products to support benefits Sought-out expert for internal constituents, including clients, on product capabilities. Participates in creation of proposals and presentations to enable sale of supported products. Define and assist in creative client solutioning and implementations Identifies issues, analyzes, documents critical facts & presents recommendations to parties needed to reach consensus & decisions. Qualifications:

Ability to work with and manage cross functional teams both within the organization as well as with the client. Ability to work well in ambiguity Ability to gain an understanding of the healthcare industry, specific to Physical Health and how it impacts the payers/Managed Care Organizations that we work with. Ability to work in Golden Valley office Bachelors Degree 5+ years of product/program experience Strong ability to effectively interact with & influence all levels of the organization, up to and including presenting to the C-level Experience and success in presenting to clients and senior leadership to influence decision-making Experience in creative client solutioning Ability to prioritize & respond effectively to multiple demands, in an ever evolving organization Strong financial & situational assessment and problem solving skills (which are executed independently) Ability to travel up to 10% Preferences: Health care background Diversity creates a healthier atmosphere: equal opportunity employer M/F/D/V.
