MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN – Full Time

Sand Companies, Inc. is seeking a motivated and dedicated Maintenance professional for multi-site locations.

Qualified candidate will have 2-5 years of maintenance experience, preferably in multi-family housing.  Experience required in performing preventive maintenance, repairs, or making recommendations for repairs, of all mechanical/electrical, HVAC, refrigeration, and plumbing systems.  Experience also required in painting and carpentry.  Must have the ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities at once.
